Younes Alblooshi is an experienced infrastructure and IT operations leader currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Operations at EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi. With over 20 years of expertise in network, security, applications, and GIS, Younes plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery, continuity, and security of IT services supporting Abu Dhabi’s Department of Finance and other government entities.
His leadership spans across ITIL-based service management, infrastructure technologies, change management, technical support, and operational governance. Younes oversees key functions including network administration, application management, information security operations, and database services. He enforces stringent controls and performance standards to maintain the highest levels of system availability, stability, and compliance in complex governmental IT environments.
Earlier in his career, Younes contributed significantly to the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, where he managed ICT operations and led award-winning GIS implementation projects, recognized internationally for innovation and excellence.
