Sara Alfrayan is an international relations professional, author, and researcher whose work spans international law, culture and tourism, social responsibility, and global partnerships. With experience across the United Nations, Soudah Development, and Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives, she contributes to cross-border collaboration and sustainable development.

With a Bachelor’s degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Prince Sultan University, Sara has developed expertise in international partnerships, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, governance, risk and compliance, procurement, and feasibility assessment.
Her professional experience includes serving as a Project Officer with the United Nations from 2022 to 2024, contributing to international development work in Riyadh. She previously served as Legal Coordinator at Soudah Development, supporting legal and development-related activities.
Alongside her professional career, Sara has maintained a strong commitment to humanitarian and social initiatives. Since 2015, she has served as an ambassador for multiple charitable organizations and led the Humanity Team, a voluntary initiative designed to provide young people with opportunities to engage in social work. Through collaborations with charities, the initiative reached more than 1,000 participants over five years across Saudi Arabia.
Her multidisciplinary interests in international relations, tourism, diplomacy, social responsibility, and sustainable development reflect a commitment to connecting global cooperation with meaningful community impact.
