Roudayna Jaber is currently serving as the Regional Senior Brand Manager MEA at Ego Pharmaceuticals across Gulf and KSA markets. Since November 2024, she has been at the forefront of positioning Ego’s consumer healthcare portfolio through strategic initiatives, digital innovation, winning in Store and go-to-market mastery.

Prior to her current role, Roudayna spent nearly a decade at Mundipharma, one of the most prominent names in healthcare innovation, Her signature achievement: elevating BETADINE®️ into a household name and market leader. Between 2020 and 2024, she led as Senior Brand Manager MEA – Consumer Health, spearheading marketing strategies that bolstered brand equity across the Gulf region. Her earlier roles at Mundipharma included Field Marketing for Consumer Health and Product Specialist, showing her commitment to growth from the ground up.

Roudayna’s career began in the pharmaceutical field with different respected companies, like Julphar, Sanofi. Between 2007 and 2015, she honed her skills in hospital sales, pharmaceutics, and customer-centric marketing.
