Beginning as a medical supplies planner and buyer, she steadily advanced through senior planning and coordination roles before becoming Planning Manager for a newly established unit and later Head of Planning and Procurement. These responsibilities gave her extensive experience in forecasting demand, strengthening procurement processes, improving operational planning, and supporting healthcare delivery within internationally accredited organisations.
Building on this extensive leadership experience, Dr. Tamadur went on to lead one of Jordan’s prominent pharmacy organizations before founding Taj Group. Today, she advises healthcare organizations on procurement excellence, supply chain resilience, strategic transformation, and healthcare innovation, helping organizations navigate increasingly complex healthcare environments.

Her research focuses on developing resilient, intelligent, and sustainable healthcare supply chains by integrating artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, demand forecasting, operational resilience, and sustainability principles.
