Over nearly nine years at GE Renewable Energy, Salah managed flagship 380 KV substation projects, including SVC Jeddah North and Madayiah 380 KV S/S. Salah spent over a decade at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), progressing from Communication Engineer to Group Leader. He led engineering reviews for telecommunications and substation automation systems, managed RTU maintenance teams, and supported SCADA planning. Early roles included instrument maintenance at Makkah and Jeddah power plants, working with GE and BBC turbine controls.

In parallel roles, Salah demonstrated broad capabilities as Electrical Engineer, Sales Engineer, IT Engineer, and Project Supervisor at AEPAEP, handling civil-electrical projects. He also served as Control Room Engineer at Bin Laden for maintenance and operations in Makkah.
