Before this, Maged contributed significantly as HR Manager at the National Industrial Clusters Development Program (Industrial Clusters), where he redefined talent acquisition practices, employee relations models, and organizational development strategies.
His earlier leadership roles at Namaa World and Bright Ideas Est. demonstrated his ability to align people management with broader business goals, ultimately driving operational growth and internal cohesion.
Maged’s foundational experience was built at Hoshan Holding Group, where he held multiple positions over more than seven years, including Relations Manager and Human Resource Manager. These roles enabled him to influence large-scale HR operations, from compliance and performance management to Saudization and stakeholder relations across the Kingdom.

Maged Bin Eidan holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Coventry University. He also earned a diploma from Loughborough College and completed his secondary education in Natural Sciences at Riyadh Schools. Additionally, he holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications.
