Most recently, Hala served as Chief Corporate Communications Officer at Hyde Park Developments, where she led Corporate and Internal Communications, Public Relations, Market Research, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Partnering closely with executive leadership, she positioned Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs as strategic business enablers that strengthened stakeholder trust, protected corporate reputation, enhanced employee engagement, and supported long-term business growth.

A Distinguished Career Across Global Organizations
Prior to Hyde Park Developments, Hala served as Chief Executive Officer of Moharram & Partners (M&P), the MENA region’s leading public affairs and strategic communications consultancy firm, where she provided strategic counsel to governments, multinational corporations, CEOs, and business leaders on public affairs, corporate reputation, policy advocacy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Her leadership journey also includes serving as Director of Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability for North Africa at The Coca-Cola Company, alongside senior executive roles at Orange Telecommunications Egypt, POD United Media, the Ministry of International Cooperation, and The American University in Cairo. Throughout her career, she has consistently aligned communications with business strategy while leading organizational transformation, strengthening corporate reputation, and serving as a trusted advisor to Boards and executive leadership teams on reputation management, crisis communications, corporate positioning, and stakeholder engagement.

Championing Leadership Beyond Business
Beyond her executive roles, Hala serves as a Board Member of Ahl Masr Burn Hospital, a member of the Cultural Investment Committee at Egypt’s Supreme Council of Culture, and an Advisory Council Member of the G100 Egypt MSMEs Wing. She is also an active member of leading professional organizations, including the World Communication Forum Association, the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA), and the French Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
