Dalia’s career journey began at Nahdet Misr in 1994, ascending through multiple roles including Publishing Executive, Art Department Manager, Publishing Manager, and Vice President of multiple divisions. Since 2011, she has steered the company as CEO through an era of digital transformation and expansion, modernizing traditional publishing into innovative platforms that meet today’s educational and technological demands.
Championing EdTech Innovation and Youth Empowerment
Deeply passionate about the transformative power of education, Dalia is the founder and CEO of EdVentures, the MENA region’s first corporate venture capital firm dedicated exclusively to EdTech startups. Since 2017, EdVentures has supported over 95 startups and invested in 25 pioneering companies, fueling regional innovation in technology-driven learning solutions. Her vision bridges education and entrepreneurship, helping bold founders reshape how knowledge is delivered and expanding accessibility to future-ready skills.
Recognizing the vital need to align education with labor market demands, Dalia also established Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence in 2021.
