Amel’s professional rise within Schneider Electric is a testament to her exceptional strategic and financial expertise. Her most recent appointment as President of the Gulf Countries (2024–present) positions her at the center of Schneider’s growth agenda, where she is leading innovation efforts in energy digitization, climate solutions, and sustainable development throughout the region.

Previously, as Vice President for Digital Energy and Energy Management Software (2022–2024), Amel spearheaded Schneider’s expansion into smart grids, digital infrastructure, and intelligent building systems—helping accelerate the Middle East and Africa’s energy transformation. In her prior role as VP Strategy & Digital Energy for MEA (2021–2022), she built one of the region’s fastest-growing portfolios in energy digitization.

As CFO of the Francophone Africa Cluster, Amel guided the region through financial transformation, driving performance, resilience, and long-term growth amid challenging market dynamics. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at APC, Ernst & Young, and MessageMedia, laying the groundwork for her financial and strategic mastery.
