Her early professional experience includes significant internships as a pharmacist at AL-SHIFA Pharmacy and Rida Jardaneh Drug Store in Amman, Jordan. During these internships, she undertook more than 1,440 hours, not only dispensing medications but also taking supervisory responsibilities. Her role extended to providing customer information, training in regulatory affairs and drug registration, and supervising medical representatives, displaying a blend of technical competency and leadership potential from the outset.

Muna’s master’s graduation thesis project focused on the Minor Ailment Scheme in Community Pharmacies.
